This is a two-day course that will review the basic concepts of project risk and project risk management and then dig deeper into identifying risks and strategizing solutions for those risks. Participants will explore tools and techniques for collecting, analyzing, implementing, and monitoring data and the responses to combat risk. This course will follow one or more of Project Management Institute’s knowledge areas of the PMBOK® Guide.
