This two-day seminar will show students how to implement, track, and control changes to the project. This seminar will focus on ways to reduce the uncertainty of project changes. Students will learn how to analyze each change while developing processes, tools, and techniques which can be used immediately. This course will follow one or more of Project Management Institute’s knowledge areas of PMBOK® Guide.
